What safety measures has Laud Pulse put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their Workshop and Studio Salon ?
As per the South African Government guidelines, Laud Pulse will be adopting the following safety measures.

Our Design & Production Workshop and Showroom are sanitized regularly.
Staff and client temperatures are checked before entering the premises.
Hand sanitization stations are available at all entry points for our staff and clients.
Clients are asked to wear face masks when entering the Showroom.

Staff is to sanitize their hands when attending to clients.
Showroom : Clients to arrive as per appointment only, limited clients at a time
Showroom : Staff is required to use hand sanitizer and practice regular hand washing.

How can I purchase your beautiful garments?
You can order directly from our online store.
When can I expect to receive my order from Laud Pulse?
All our garments are made to order. When ordered directly off our website in a standard size, production of garments will take 10-15 (ten to fifteen) working days depending on the complexity and number of garments ordered. Once completed the package will then be handed over to our couriers for delivery. Delivery time depends on location.
Please note that due to Covid 19 Restrictions in South Africa and specific safety measures that are being adhered to, there may be delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We will personally be in touch with each client with an individual relevant timeline and/or date.
I love the designs of the garments but would like to change the prints and colours on some garments. Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. We have a selection of print and plain fabrics you can choose from. We will advise which fabric type is best suited for the chosen garments.

Can you custom design a dress for me?

Yes. We can design and make a custom dress for you. Please book an appointment at our Showroom.

Do you sell face masks?
Yes, and we can make it fabric to match your unique Laud Pulse outfit.
How long does it take for a purchase to be delivered?
Due to Covid 19 limitations and the necessary safety measurements that need to be adhered to, we will personally be in touch with each client with an individual relevant timeline and/or date.
To which occasions can I wear Laud Pulse garments to?
You can wear Laud Pulse garments to almost every occasion. To work, to a cocktail party or wedding, casually during the day as well as evening events, galas and shows. Laud Pulse garments can be worn in many different ways by simply styling them differently. Our Laud Pulse Range has something for everyone to wear anywhere.
What type of African print materials do you use?

We use international African wax prints. Each Laud Pulse piece is dynamic, luxurious and bears the promise of high-end quality finishes while the introduction of a signature opulent African wax print sets it apart.

We do not sell shoes nor accessories.

What are your payment terms once an order is placed for the garments?

The full price of the garments is paid at check-out.

I do not live in South Africa. Can you deliver to me?
Yes, we can, but kindly note that import duty costs may apply to any delivery made outside of South Africa. As Laud Pulse cannot calculate nor estimate such costs, the costs will be paid by the customer. Laud Pulse cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery of goods due to unforeseen circumstances, import or any other reason.
My family is attending a function. Can Laud Pulse make garments for men and children that match my outfit?
Which courier service do you use to deliver the garment and how much is the delivery fee?

We use The Courier Guy and our shipping delivery cost is automatically calculated by the website, based on your location.
