WAISTWrap a tape measure around your waist at navel level, starting at the top of your hip bone. Make sure the tape isn’t too tight and that it’s parallel to the floor. While you’re doing it, don’t hold your breath. 3. HIPSWrap a tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks and note the number to the nearest whole number. |
