Wrap a measuring tape around your chest at its fullest point to determine your bust size, then round the number to the nearest whole number.

WAIST
Wrap a tape measure around your waist at navel level, starting at the top of your hip bone. Make sure the tape isn't too tight and that it's parallel to the floor. While you're doing it, don't hold your breath.

Measure approximately 20 cm below your waist, at the widest point of your hips (and generally encompassing your booty). Take a 360° measurement, with your feet together.
